Review content:
I am writing in defense of Nancy Wallitsch as I have seen from time to time some negative reviews which have been posted to various websites from people who, I know for a fact, were not clients of Nancy's but parties on the opposite, losing, side of a high conflict divorce or custody case. I am writing because anybody who is reading this should know that when you hire an attorney to represent you in a divorce or custody or support action, they better know what they are doing. Let me tell you that there is no margin of error anymore. The court system is overloaded, the court officials, particularly hearing officers and judges, are over worked and under paid and short in temperament. If you do not have an attorney who does their homework and can quickly get to the point and have supporting documentation to provide and prepare their client to testify to it, you are in trouble. If you want a competent, caring and reasonably priced attorney, this is the lawyer for you.
