Review content:
I lived here for the last couple of years- Leaving in June. After spending my first two years in Corvallis learning how horrible the red door people are and how bad home owners renting out their properties could be, living at Witham Hill Oaks has really been a breath of fresh air. \r \r For one thing, I never waited more than two days for a problem to be taken care of. I recall at one house I lived at, for the entire six months I lived there, I never had any working kitchen outlets. I sent my landlord a letter every month, but never any power in the kicthen.\r \r At Witham Hill Oaks, I never had that issue. For one, there was never anything that bad that happened. For another, the maintenance people were pretty damn fast. \r \r Parking is always a bit of an issue, but only when I would come home late. The pool is seasonal, but the hot tub has been closed for the last month due to them doing some sort of remodel. I hope I get to use it again before I return to the east coast!
