Review content:
I have taken workout classes of many types (aerobics, step, pilates, yoga, weight training, etc.) in many different towns. Positive Changes is the rare example of paying less and getting more than one might find in a major city, all in less-than-metropolitan Los Banos. \r
Donna Mendes has studied and become certified in a variety of physical training arenas, including physical therapy, and she knows her stuff. This is not a ""fad"" establishment. Positive Changes is not all about weight loss and creating a great-LOOKING body -- it's a holistic approach to maintaining all aspects of excellent health. Many workout studios have the most recent methods at hand, as does Positive Changes. The difference here is that form is scrutinized to the extent that each attendee is monitored according to her own abilities and limitations. Going to a class at Donna's is as personalized, safe, and effective as many one-on-one training situations. \r
Grace Clark, who has worked with Donna for years, is equally concerned with the safety and well-being of their students, who range from teens literally to nonagenarian ""regulars"". Los Banos is fortunate, indeed, to have access to Positive Changes.\r
