ZERO STARS. I brought my cat in for a routine spaying and she died 36 hrs later. She NEVER came out of the anastesia. She had an exam just prior to the surgery where the Dr. said she was perfectly healthy and we could schedule the surgery. She started going in respiratory arrest and when I brought her in on a WED at 8:00 there was no vet on duty. Ended up taking her to a pet emergency room paying an additional fee for oxygen and because she was suffering I had to pay to put her down. I let the clinic know. They NEVER refunded any of my money for the spaying or the emergency room. I NEVER received a letter of condolence . Our family is traumatized and we will never get our beloved cat back. :( She was a year old.
