Review content:
We ate here after having enjoyed Fago de Chao a couple months ago. We liked the more intimate atmosphere and felt the staff paid attention to what we liked and made sure to return with our favorite cuts of meat. The food service was great and the filet mignon came around as often as the chicken (both of which were wonderful). We all loved the house special best!\r

However, the standout of this place was Josh the bartender. Here is a man who really knows his business. We discussed grappas and brandies while enjoying a good wine. My guests, experienced martini drinkers, said that Josh's martinis were the best. He even came to our table to make sure we were enjoying our evening. \r

We loved Estancia and would go back for the food and would likely call first to see if Josh was working!
Pros: Great food, wonderful service, excellent and friendly bar!
Cons: Easy to eat too much!
