Joanna is a really talented coach and counselor. She embodies all of the characteristics I'd look for in someone I'd want to help me change my life - she's smart, funny, creative, and dedicated. In talking with her, I always felt that she put me and my needs first. Joanna is truly a weight loss expert because she's been there - she knows what it is to change your life, your diet, your habits - and she really gets how hard it is. She's never judgmental, always encouraging and helping to pick you up when things get tough. I love Joanna and I'd recommend her to anyone, including family and friends.
