Review content:
I am not even a customer of this business, but was treated so rude and threatened. I answered the phone and was told to get a certain employee on the phone. I explained that we can only take messages for an emergency. I was told by Peter W. that if I did not go get the employee someone was going to jail. He started screaming on the phone, cursing me and wanted to speak to my boss. I told him the policy again about calling the HR line for personal or business matters. He kept yelling louder and wanted to speak with my manager. He finally took the number and hung up. I told the employee, they called and there was no emergency - no one was going to jail they just wanted another payment that was already made. I called P.N Financial back and explained we could not take those types of calls and asked for an apology from their employee named Peter. I was told that this individual would apologize right away. I was put on a speaker phone and then told by someone that Peter had to go into a meeting - did he apologize. I said no and nothing happened. No apology - I ws told they would deal with it. Which means that nothing will happend and this business can keep abusing innocent people. All I did was my job - answering the HR line!! No one needs to be yelled at, cursed at or threatened. I will continue to let everyone know about this company. People beware of a company like this - abusive is a behavior that we don't need.
