I received a letter from this ""collection"" agency and did some research after speaking with them on the phone. John T. Sullivan is not a registered attorney in the state of Illinois. \r

The information that was given to me over the phone was totally incorrect and not to mention the threats he was making were illegal. I guess the ""paralegal"" didn't realize that he was speaking with a real paralegal over the phone.\r

I have contacted our state Attorney General and the B B B and as well as the Illinois Attorney General. I am going to take this letter to the attorney that I work for and start legal actions against PN Financial as well.
