Would have given ""no stars"" if that were an option! After two attempts (and obvious mis-diagnosis of my issue)--my A/C unit that A Absolute was asked to fix, is still not working, and NO one from A Absolute will return my calls or apparently ""cares"" that they have failed to fix my unit and have left me without A/C working in two floors of my home for 4 days. An Absolutely horrible experience! Also note, that the other review for A Absolute on this site was submitted by a family member of the owner of A Absolute. Friends in Cincinnati-- BEWARE!
Cons: NEVER Fixed my A/C and won't call back!
