I am writing this review because I genuinely love my new little place. My practices life line is good word of mouth so I know how important it is. I want to take a few minutes to spread a good ,word about ' Mariposa Apts; they have gotten a bad rap over the last few years based on the FORMER owners and staff- but I found this place AFTER the new people came in and I just can't say enough good about it!! This place is going through a transformation!! New roof, upgraded or new gym equipment, lovely rec-room, sparkling beautiful pool, High Efficiency Laundry facilities, pet friendly, clean, wonderful landscape, on sight professional security details, on site maintenance with lightening fast response times- and great staff!!! The riff-raff are being cleared out & tenants are invited to take and active role in cleaning up the place and developing kind of community we want!! The clincher for me was the savings!! And with all that is being improved these crazy low rents with huge incentives for move in and referrals wont last!! Come and see and tell 'em Michelle sentchya!!
