Review content:
I can't believe some of the negative reviews that I have just read. We had to switch practices away from Cornerstone about 1 year ago, b/c of insurance reasons. We are changing insurances and will be returning to Cornerstone. The practice that we have been with has been adequate, but does not in any way compare to Cornerstone and the staff there. When I gave my children the choice to stay with our current practice or return to Cornerstone, they didn't even hesitate to let me know how they felt. They are so happy to be going back. And honestly, so am I. We are familiar with some of the staff b/c they came from our former pediatrician who retired, but I saw the way they treat all of the patients and families. I never had to wait for a sick appt. at Cornerstone until my daughter's eardrum ruptured, like at our present pediatrician. If you are concerned about something, they will see you immediately. And I can't say enough about the doctors there. Dr. Weidner is excellent and so is Dr. Lopes (and my kids love her!). I think that the vaccine issue has some people a little clouded in their judgement. And I in no way ever got the impression that are slaves to the pharmaceutical reps. I know that Dr. Weidner has done extensive research on the vaccine issue and I trust his judgement, plus the medical evidence is just not there. I am sure that there are other practices that will accommodate anti-vaccine families (hopefully not a lot though).
Pros: Friendly & caring nurses and excellent physicians
Cons: none, except a little far from my house, but worth the drive
