I originally had trouble getting in contact with people at EWF but when I finally did they were very good about coming out for an estimate. We decided to go with them and waited for the job to start (sprinkler and full sod). I got a little irritated as I felt I should be more in the know as to when they were going to start. Once they did start, they did a great job. The crew was nice, friendly, picked up thier mess and at the end the job looked great. My only complaint was just getting someone to call me back in a timely mannor and answer my questions. I don't fee that is to much to ask and my questions were very simple, ""when are you going to start, what do I need to do after sod is laid, how often do I need to run the sprinkler"" ect.. I feel that this entire industruy of landscaping is like this but I really expected more from them. They were very price competative, and the job was done right, it was just the customer service that needs work.
