Review content:
Each time I needed to call for service (more than once because problem never fixed the first time) I was told I'd be called between 9:30 and 10 am and given an estimated block of time for repairman's arrival. All 3 times I was never called. This makes it difficult to plan my day with errands, etc. and avoid being a prisoner in the home. AAR's choice in repairmen is questionable in that my assigned guy never showed up for work, never called in, and was not answering his phone. (Later I was told he was out sick.) This in turn affected getting my appliance repaired in a timely manner. Having been put on hold by 3 employees, there seemed to be confusion on who I was, what my repair order was, etc. Not encouraging as I hoped to get my refrig fixed finally. I would never recommend this company.
