This place is a huge waste of time. I was surprised how bad this place is. I went through the entire sign up process over three months ago and still have not had one single job offer from them. I went in person almost every day and nothing- they had me sit in the office for an hour just to tell me to keep checking in. They could have told me right away so I didn't have to sit there and waste my time. I asked them to call me if anything was available and they said they don't call people! I went next door to a company called Aerotech and started working the next day! Go anyplace but Alar. Talent Tree and Manpower are much better - so is Aerotech. If you are really looking for a job and not just a waste of time do not go to Alar.
Pros: Location is next door to a real employment agency
