To All Concerned:
Do not, I repeat do not; take your vehicle to Hanks Carwash. I purchased a 2009 Toyota Rav 4, for my daughter's graduation some time ago. Well, she decided to have it washed and detailed at ""Hank's"" … bad idea. The Rav4 comes with a spare tire cover, the exact color as the vehicle metallic black. Long story short, usually the cover is removed prior to going through the wash line. However this time because of a lazy employee, he failed to remove the spare tire cover, and needless to say it was ripped off while being washed. The next vehicle behind my daughter's car ran right over it, and of course drugged it through the rest of both vehicles wash cycle, before another employee noticed what had happened. The spare tire cover is now badly damaged & deeply scratched, so bad that it's an eye-sore should I place it back on the vehicle. (Which I won't) and of course Hank's (Manager Robert Parker) refuses to take responsibility and is totally unprofessional and non-customer oriented, which brings me to this posting. DO NOT take your vehicle to Hank's carwash; you paid too much money for it, only to be treated badly, and provided terrible service at ""Hank's""
