Review content:
Scott More and his staff provided superior customer service in our search for kitchen tile. They were helpful, suggestive and quite knowledgeable. The tile we found was top quality and there is very good choices for all types of high quality flooring products in his showroom. That part was great! Now, the downside: we have to pick up an order of 39 cartons of very heavy tile 20 miles from our home. This was not good. Also, their was a no return policy on the tile, not good. The contractor over-estimated the quantity and we ended up with 1/3 of the tile left over which we cannot do anything with. The price was ok IF we had used all the tile. Based on what we used, we would search for a better price somewhere else. In all fairness to Scott, our issues were made known to use by him before we placed the order. We just did not anticipate that they would be REAL issues until later in the process.
