Never had a NY pie before so can't compare it to a parlor in NY, but if this is what NY style pizza is, then I highly recommend it! Coming from Chicago I'm used to the thicker crust, but I've fallen in love with their thinner crust pie!
The service is great. The chefs always say hello and have introduced themselves making one feel very welcome. The whole family-run atmosphere is a soon to be lost part of America, but it's alive and well here at NY Pizza & Pasta.
FYI it was recommended to me by an authentic New Yorker who claimed they had the best pie- And he was right. Bravo.
Have but one complaint, their tiramasu was attrocious. But what does that matter when you're coming for the pie? :)
Pros: easy parking, family atmosphere, great food
Cons: Tiramasu
