Everything was horrible from day one up until the last ten days, when somebody else got involved, and then it was great. The first project manager from Starr Companies didn't start when they said he would. It took him over three months, and the guy never returned my calls, or offer an explanation for why nothing was being done. My neighbor was the one who recommended them to me, as he had a good experience, and I asked him who his project manager was. I asked for that guy, and ten days later the roof was done. I guess the true way to find out if a company is good is if they take care of a problem, and they did take care of it.
