I have used Suncrest during 3 different realestate transactions in the past 6 years and have never been disappointed. After receiving multiple outrageous bids and termite reports on my first home purchase by competitors, I contacted Suncrest for an additional bid. Not only was the inspector (Brent Brister) honest and extremely detailed in his assesment, but also provided realistic recommendations on how to take care of all of the termite issues on our home purchase and offered extremely competitive pricing. He was never pushy or tried to recommend treatments to our houses that were unnessary, and always took the time to show and explain to us additional damage that sellers might try to cover up during escrow transactions just to get the deal closed. Since that first experience we have always called Brent to inspect and take care of all of our termite needs and he has always provided us with the highest quality service possible. The crew from Suncrest have always been on-time and respectful of our homes while working on them. I recommend Suncrest to all of my friends and people in the realestate industry.
