I am one of those people who wants everything done perfect and at the best price and Suncrest Exterminating is by far the best ever Termite Company I have ever used and their prices are right too. The termite inspector that inspected my home (Brent Brister) had superior knowledge of termites and could answer every question I asked. He completed a very comprehensive inspection and then walked me through everything that he found and then offered me several options. He also explaned that Suncrest does not subcontract so this allows the company to offer wholesale prices to the public. It was also nice to have a service professional actually show up clean and well kept and on time! Suncrest's bid for termite work on my home was actually a few hundred dollars less than other bids I received. On the day of the work the owner actually came to supervise. I was very impressed and have been recommending this company to family and friends ever since.
