I have worked for Jim. I agree with last guy, Johncarmel, ask to see HIS license, not one of his employees, HIS! He can't show you one because he cant get one ever again. I quit working for him when his wife showed up (I had never seen the lady before ever) locked herself in the filing room of our 5 person office and started shredding. I have not worked for him in years, goggled his name to see if he had been arrested yet and how many years they gave him for ruining lives and swindling retirements and pages listing all the people he has swindled and he is getting sued by, good luck getting a retirement from this guy!
