The phone calls were polite and he quickly responded to my request via Service Magic. But he did not complete the job as promised after three days of calls and no actual work having been done, I finally had to call someone else. He promised, someone finally came late at night to remove snow near my mail box and driveway. He said he would come back the next day with a snow blower. He had come with a small plow on a very small pick up truck. He never came back. When I called again, he said they would come the next day by 3:00 p.m. When I got home that day and he still had not done the job, I called someone else. That person cleared the snow as discussed despite a wind chill of 24 below. When I called and cancelled with Smooth Sealing, he said they weren't going to be able to do the job because it was all ice. \r

Don't waste your time, call someone else instead if you actually want the work done.
