Review content:
I have eaten at most pizza joints in Draper, and I can say that NYPD is the best of them all. They serve thin crust pizza with a variety of toppings. I have had two occasions where the dough wasn't cooked quite long enough, but the pie still had great flavor. They load on the cheese and toppings, but I do have to say, since it is a thin crust, you can eat a little more than you normally could with a normal-thick crust like you would get at dominoes or pizza hut. Take that into consideration when ordering. If you are a fan of thicker crust, this isn't the place for you. Instead you should try The Pie in South Jordan.
Thin Crust = NYPD
Thick Crust = The Pie
Pros: Great thin crust
Cons: Sometimes the dough doesn't get cooked all the way through.
