This company is a joke! They not only hire someone to do all the work, but they don't even check to make sure it is done properly. He is very unprofessional and yelled at me over the phone. Make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing, including the exact lenght and width of your expected wood, the price of labor, materials, etc. I was promised tree removal service in ONE day and it took almost two weeks. Also, he threatened to take me to court over $310 if I didn't pay him. I refused to pay him until he FINISHED the job he said he would complete. The only reason he personally came out to my house to finish the job is because I had photographic evidence proving he had NOT completed the job. It's best to just avoid this company, or the one guy that answers the phone with no company greeting. They are a joke and a rip off! Also, look up the Nebraska Construction Lien Act before talking with him, in case he yells at you over the phone with threats of lawsuits and liens...like he did with me.
Pros: Gave me an estimate that day.
