Review content:
We had a water heater flood while we were out of town and came home to a disastrous, wet mess. The water to the whole house had to be turned off to stop the leak so we were without water. I called Legacy Plumbing on Monday morning and was told that they could get to me the next morning, which I expected. Once I explained that we were without water to the house though, Theorn said he would be out within a couple of hours to at least stop the leak and restore water to the house. He arrived and was professional and explained everything to me about the water heater. Not only did he get us water back, he said he had time to go ahead and install the new water heater. Within a few hours, we had the whole system back up and running minus the leak. I will most definitely call Legacy again!
