All of their Doctors are great! But their desk staff is unfriendly. Or ""Fake"" Friendly. Most of them have been there for a long time, so they are COMFORTABLE and real set in there ways. The ones that work at the office seems like they have grown old and seasoned and have a problem with young women. I walked in there and couldn't even open my mouth good, before they started to be rude with me. Then I called on the phone, and the receptionist was rude. But then once she realized who my parents were> Especially my Father, she started to be nice. 2 weeks later, I had to go back for a check up, and one of the Ladies of the front desk staff was really rude. I just had a question about Co-pay, and she thought I was trying to pick a fight. I just had a simple question that was not explained to me. I think the women there really have issues with aging, and the way they look, or whatever it is. It seems like they are mad, all the time. And its not good, because my family has been going to the Rontals for over 30 years and they are great Doctors. And if the desk staff keeps being rude, they will loose more business.
