Review content:
Like the last review, I also saw the scathing review of Dr. Patterson's clinic and signed up just so I could leave a review. Dr. Patterson is by far the best vet I have known in my 48 years. He, as well as his colleagues, are caring and knowledgeable which is a far cry from many places I have been. My cat had a\r problem with excessive licking of fur . I took him to several vets that did not know what was going on and wasted $300 in the process. Then I went to the Ailurophile Cat Clinic in Frandor who said my cat should be on steroids and that would clear up the problem. That all cost $165 and it still did not help. I did take him back there (my mistake) and was told ""Oh he probably has fleas we can't see"" so I spent $40 buying meds for that. Something didn't seem right about that. Then I was talking with a co-worker who told me to take my cat to Patterson's clinic. I took him there and was immediately told he didn't have fleas and he didn't need steroids. My cat was diagnosed with a skin allergy and given a $9 shot. He didn't have any problem after that. I spent $505 at other places and my cat got no help/no relief. I went to Patterson's clinic and only spent $9 and actually got people who cared about what was going on with my cat. The vet at Ailurophile cat clinic referred to me as a hysterical owner who was overly concerned. Dr. Patterson and his staff cared about my concerns, and most importantly, cared about the comfort and well being of my cat. He and his colleagues are the best. If you want to go to a place that loves your pets as much as you do, then Dr. Patterson's clinic is the place for you. Pros: Caring staff, very reasonable prices Cons: not one
