I love Dr. Patterson and all the vets who work there. I have taken all four of my dogs there and have never had a problem, and saved a lot of money. The walk in set up is great when you need to get in quick and cant wait for an appt. and it saves money too. They will work with you to help your animals by letting you make payments. Unlike other vets, they just get down to buisness and tell you what you need instead of getting you to try all sorts of treament that wont work. I tookk my dog to MSU because he wouldnt walk. I thought he was dying and they would not even look at him until my boyfriend could come with three hundred dollars for emergency fee. They then kept him 3 days, charged me 1200 dollars, and told me it was a belly ache. That same dog got lymphoma which is an uncurable cancer, I garuntee MSU would have took me for thousands in radiation etc. that would have made him suffer and he would die anyway. Dr. Patterson told me it was terminal, and kept my beloved dog comfortable with steroid shots and i ended up out only about 100 dollars over 2 1/2 weeks, he waived my office fee. He also performed a succesful surgey on my female to remove a sock, and with xrays, surgery and meds i only pais 450. He is great and so is his staff, and you would be hard pressed to find a vet who has never mis-diagnosed, including the highly praised MSU clinic. Pros: Price, staff, service, honesty and caring. Cons: Waiting for walk in can sometimes be long.
