Review content:
We have been taking our pets to Dr. Patterson's office for nearly 50 years. My parents started taking our animals to Dr. Patterson when I was young and I'm 58 now. All of our family uses Patterson's for our veterinary services and we are multiple pets families.\r Patterson's will refer you to MSU if they are not able to do what your pet needs, such as an ultrasound for my dogs shoulder, or a cardiologist for my sister's cat. Anyone that thinks that Patterson's is parochial about their patients hasn't become very familiar with the vets there. They are patient, helpful, and caring and knowledgable about many different animals. I've even taken a goat to them. I would recommend Patterson's to anyone, and have to many.\r \r By the way, for those who think the hours are wierd, Patterson's office is essentially open all day M-W, 10 until 8. They stop taking patients in at noon and 3 to catch up because it's a first come, first serve office. They are also open 10 til 3 on Fridays with a lunch break 12-1, and open Thursday and Saturday mornings. That doesn't sound wierd to me. It sounds like they are trying to provide the best care for the most people for a reasonable cost as opposed to most vets that charge outrageously, by appointment so they can get one patient to cover most of their expenses.
