I used this company for plating my copper parts by electroless nickel plating at 7/15/2011.
The first finished parts was completed at 8/15/2011 which is a month later while they said their lead time is around 3-5 business days.
More surprising thing? The finished plating surfaces were defective having bubble like holes. They said I must wait 1 or 2 weeks more to stripped defective plating out and it took forever not 1 or 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks, I called them to get my parts and the company owner said ""because my job is not big (yes, it is prototype part) this order is not benefitial to their profit"". What a ridiculous! They did not talk about my wasted time (more than 2 months) because of their lies (they said they could do it easily) but their company's benefit.
Please do not make orders with this company (at least, for small quantities). They are not responsible to what they did.
