Businiess name:  Pizza Papalis

Review content:
I've been endulging in the simply fabulous Chicago-style deep dish pizza at Pizza Papalis since I was a child. I'm 27 now. Their spinach deep dish pie (Popeye) is the most incredible food find in all of Greektown (which is saying alot because Greektown is chock full of incredible resturants). The flavors were meant to be. This pie just melts in your mouth. The crust is buttery, crispy, and flaky all at the same time and the sauce comes from the most ripe and soul satisfying imported tomatoes. They use only the finest ingrediants so I dont mind paying the extra money for the quality. Detroit is pizza king (Little Caesers, Dominos, Hungry Howies, Jets, Buddys, Shields, Nikki's) but Pizza Papalis takes the crown for deep dish! Look out Chicago, this joint is on to you! Pros: the greektown neighborhood, near astoria bakery, great people watching Cons: wait time
