Review content:
I need to preface this review by mentioning that I'm not the number one proponent of chicago-style, deep-dish pizza, I'm a thin crust man. Even given this, I find Pizzapapalis overrated. The crust is so thick that its often undercooked and doughy. The sauce is glopped on liberally to the point of being sickening but I think thats more a standard hazard with this kind of pizza. I will say that the toppings used are very fresh. All in all, I've had deep dish in Chicago and while its not my favorite I feel that this is not even the best representative of it. I've never understood the hype this place gets
Pros: Fresh toppings
Cons: Dough undercooked, Oversauced
