Alex, manager of the McGrath Highway store in Somerville, MA, is absolutely amazing. I happen to have dealt with him everytime I've been in his MWTux store, and every time he has been courteous, helpful, polite, effective, and efficient. When I was picking out tuxes for my wedding party, he was patient and attentive. He listened to my opinions, gave suggestions on different looks, explained the differences between different kinds of tuxes, ties, etc., and was just overall very helpful. He even offered us a drink of water, and didn't balk when I took a long time making up my mind and kept wanting to re-try on a few vests. Pickups are amazingly easy, and now both times (I was recently a groomsmen, and am the groom for my most recent pickup) the tux arrived early and he politely called to let me know I could come in whenever was good for me. And on this last pickup, he was throwing in extra things to be helpful (socks, a pocket square), and even ran out to catch me at my car to give me another tie since he thought the one I had might not have been quite as bright around the collar, and he had just seen one that was a bit brighter. At first I thought this must have been the case with all MWTux stores, but in the intervening time I have dealt with at least two other stores that could not hold a flame to Alex's work. If you need to set up a wedding party, you should definitely come here. And even if you're just picking up from some MW place, you'll probably be better off picking up here.
Pros: Easy parking, great customer service.
