I am more into cakes than candy, but they have a great selection of candy molds if you're into that. I also can find some cake supplies there that I can' t easily find. But I do wish that they had more cake decorating supplies and maybe kept up more with modern trends. I haven't had issues with anyone there and have been going there since I was a child (my mom did candy). I like the new location better. I used them to decorate my wedding years ago and have no complaints. My son went in with me one time and they were really sweet to him. I know they are a candy shop but I wish they offered classes to novice decorators. My friend ordered candy there several years ago for wedding favors and she was very pleased with their product. They have always been very helpful with questions and suggestions. They have some really unique product that I can't find in other stores I can only order in bulk or online.
Pros: location, candy making supply variety
Cons: not enough cake decorating supplies, not modern enough with trends, hard to shop there with a stroller
