Review content:
I have had two bad experiences with this place, both of which had to do with the waitresses. On both occassions, at least five or six years apart, my party was basically ignorred after our initial time of being seated. On both occassions, there were other people at other tables very close to us that got the kind of attention that movie stars should get! This went on in our line of sight all the while we were conviently forgotten about. They did not even try to hide from us the obnoxious great service they were giving these other tables. We had to ask for, and remind the waitress, after they forgot over and over again, what we were in need of. Even when we did all of this reminding, they still forgot us. On both occassions, it was like we had the plague or something! My Mom and Day were with us the second time. They had been going there for years. Needless to say, they were terribly disappointed! They were so upset that they convinced my wife and I to just ""walk out"" with them. This was after a very long time of being ignored. The manager on duty did nothing to make things right with us as we were leaving either. He did apologize, but that was all he did. To my complete surprise he did not offer anything in return, like a free meal, some kind of retribution, anything at all. He was very unprofessional about the whole thing and seemed to lack the proper manageriorial skills necessary to deal with a situation such as ours. \r \r On a good note, The place itself clean and the food is good. I know because I did have a couple of good experiences before these regrettalbe consecutive (six year apart) bad ones. They also give you a ton of salad, all you can eat, with your meals.\r \r However, if I have a desire to eat in that area, I will just go a block down the road to G & M where I have never been disappointed with my service and the food has always been good. I have been there many times and I can attest that G & M is the place to go. Pros: Good food, good lighting, good seating, good parking Cons: The service is terrible!
