Four of us. Our night out. Had our drinks. And we waited and waited and waited for our entrees. Only to be told that one of our dishes had fallen to the floor. More waiting. Would have been nice to be told what had happened and that because of the inconvenience we could have a drink on the house. No such luck. And we waited. Finally our entres came. My prime rib was unchewable. No more prime rib for me. Considering the reputation of Kiernan's, I would have expected much , much better. Customer happy it was not.
