Review content:
Purchased a home from this business. This home is a money pit. Ever since I have moved in I have been sinking $1000.00 into it monthly. First off all appliances including A/C and Heater were supposedly new. If they were so new, why in the heck do they not work. The roof was also just put on prior to us purchasing the house but yet we have spent over $2000.00 to get this fixed so there are no leaks. We have had to purchase a new washer, and the refrigerator was switched out by Scott Clifton because he could never get the refrigerator to work properly. This refrigerator is smaller and makes weird noises. I'm sure it will go out here before too long. As I have stated I have had to put several thousand in the wonderful new roof because the work was so shotty that we had to hire some real professionals to do the work to fix what these guys did. Every 4 months we have to call a plumber because something continuously is backing up the plumbing and its not anything we do. There have been roots and other things but it gets rather expensive always calling a plumber. Just last week we had to call in an exterminator for the attic because there were two big holes that allowed either a raccoon or squirrel in to the attic. Just something else they covered up. Now today, turned on the A/C for the first time. This is a brand new unit supposedly and yet in 5 hours the temperature only went down a degree. so once again I will have to spend more money to fix something that this business should have taken care of when they put the unit in. I am so fed up with this house. BEWARE OF PURCHASING A HOME FROM SCOTT CLIFFTON AND ANY ONE OF HIS SO CALLED BUSINESSES.
