Balloon Above the Desert was a terrible experience. I was on a flight where a woman broke her ankle. The pilot Clotaire, spoke French and you could not even understand him. Especailly when he yelled at the woman acting like the broken ankle was her fault. I then looked into this company further (Indio courts) only to find that they had a death too and many other law suits. Stay clear of this company. I have ballooned in many places and their are good companies in Palm Springs, just stay clear of this one.
