I would give Gramajo's Custom Homes zero stars if I could! Beware that this contractor was doing business in Culver City area and until he became know in the city as a RIP OFF ARTIST! Erwin Gamajo was remodeling my house and used day labor for all work! Yes work that should have been done by professionals was being done by your local Home Depot labors. I now have water leaking into my walls. Kitchen title is cracking all over the place and many more issues. This man took advantage of us! PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW GRAMAJO TO WORK ON ANYTHING IN YOUR HOME. (not even to change a light blub) HEY ERWIN! IF YOUR READING THIS - GOD BLESS!
