?When my husband went to the hospital unexpectedly to have his appendix removed three days before our anniversary it didn't seem as though we would be able to get out and celebrate our special day. I never thought that someone could bring the celebration to us! Bringing all our favorite foods, making them while we sipped on a glass of wine, and watched her cook the most amazing scallops I've ever tasted, was truly a wonderful experience. We still talk about the amazing strawberry & goat cheese salad she prepared and served on such cute individual plates just like we were ordering off a menu at our favorite restaurant. To top it all off she left our kitchen cleaner then when she arrived; and I didn?t even feel guilty while she was doing it because we were engrossed in the AMAZING chocolate molten cake she served as dessert. This was a truly amazing meal and a memory we'll cherish a lifetime!? \r
