Just a brief note to tell you about the special service and relationship our family has developed with the Lanza Insurance Group. In an age where the internet has changed many relationships, the Lanza Insurance Group has provided insurance to my parents and now my family for more than 30+years. Most of the time insurance is fairly straight forward, however we recently had a claim that required some special guidance. Gene was quick to respond to my family, helped us file the claim with the proper supporting paperwork, and guided us through the entire process. My guess is that an 800 number service agent at another insurance company might have told me that I wasn't covered for the claim, but State Farm and Gene Lanza said that he would see what they could do to get it covered. Lanza understands the meaning of a long term relationship and works to take care of his clients. We are proud to refer him and confident that he will help your family as he has ours.
