Review content:
It amazes me that with as many places that there is to go for brunch in Weho that Basix wouldn't try harder. I went there on a Saturday night when it was really slow and the following morning for a busy brunch and the service was the same. 15mins before anyone greets you, you might as well forget about getting your water refilled or your coffee. The manager had to ask if we had menus cause one can only assume that many have been seated before without service and menus. They may read this and say ""we'll we were busy"" and I would say that it's Brunch, it's going to be busy. Just because a server takes your order and then a food runner brings you food does not mean you provide service. If that were true then we should tip the McDonalds staff.
