Review content:
There is a minimum wage ""uncaring"" mentality among some of the trainers. They are only conserned about the clock - getting you out asap. The progress that they are supposed to monitor never gets monitored - who cares about progress if they already have your money. The management is complacent and is impossible to talk to if you have a problem. Management (or lack of it) is their biggest problem. Although they state that there is a knowledgeable person to show you how to use equipment - they will not get off their rear ends to show you anything unless you have paid for training. It is amazing to watch the staff sit there look busy - I should learn from them - they are quite good.\r
To sum it up - a big disappointment. It has a potential of being a great gym with proper management. Management is poor at best. \r
