Review content:
We put a deposit down for a 10 passenger limo for our wedding in May, we didn't receive a contract specifying how much we had to pay in total, and we found out their limos have rips in the vinyl. We were told 14 people could fit in the limo, and then were told it wasn’t possible and we would have to upgrade the limo (still hadn't received contract). After we found out we could get a 14 passenger limo for $300 less than this company offered, my fiancé called up the owner and asked if we could get the deposit back. Even though we tried to cancel a month before the date, the owner told us there was no possible way he could rent the limo out for that day and therefore he would not give us our deposit back! On top of that, he wasn't even polite (very rude), so spend your money elsewhere as your business obviously won't be appreciated here.
