I'm a Flight Attendant so I travel a lot. I was on a long overnight in San Diego and wanted to treat myself to some spa time. I found this place on Yelp and I am so glad I did. Adriana's is in a great location, nice area, easy to get to. I was greeted and welcomed when I walked though the door. I really hate it when you walk into a place and feel like an outsider or a bother when you walk in. This was not the case with Adriana's. All smiles, which made me feel comfortable since I was in a new place and a city I don't really know. I have been having some issues with my skin and needed help. Rose listened and was very patient and attentive. She didn't try to up sell me or get me to buy more and more and more. She suggested what I needed and let me make the choice from there. No pressure. They used great products and I loved the look of the spa. Everything was clean and comfortable. I am going to make sure I have San Diego overnights at least once a month now, so I can keep up with my skin care treatment/solution. This is a great place, I would recommend it highly!
