Review content:
This is the most terrible apartment complex I have ever had the displeasure of living in. I have lived here now for almost two years, and it is despicable. The grounds are poorly cared for. I had a friend over and she cut her toe on a protruding piece of metal. This required stitches, and when we went in to tell them that they were going to put it in as an insurance claim, they told us that they knew about it, but never fixed it. Tonight, there is a piece of aluminum roofing flapping about that has been like that for a week. If it comes off and hits someone, it will be a disaster. There is an inch of ice on the sidewalks and stairs from today's snow storm that melted. The maintenance has never thrown down ice-melt since I have lived here. It took maintenance six weeks to fix a leaking pipe under the bathroom sink because it was too inconvenient to shut the water to the building off to do it. I had to leave a bucket under my sink until it was fixed.
The walls are so thin, I can hear full conversations of people talking normally through the walls.
Noise complaints fall on deaf ears. There are always punk teens out partying in the front, and they get really rowdy. The manager doesn't even talk to them, so I have to get the police involved at four in the morning to have them quiet down.
This place is a dump, beware.
