When I signed up for driving lessons with norm he was completely unprofessional. I agree with the person's complaint below. He was on his cell phone talking and texting throughout the session. He had me pick up other students at their houses. He ran an errand while he was suppose to be instructing. He also verbally insulted me. He also kept talking about money and how rich other people were. My advice to other parents would be to find another driving school - do not go to Norm's and do not go with his partner Neil either. He's even worse. He would always yell at me if I made a mistake on driving. He also asked me personal questions about my sex life. Stay away from him. Do not send your kids to Neil. Find another driving school.
