I had a horrible experience at After hours so I turned to SAVVI formal wear in the same mall. They were wonderful, they had the color eggplant which I'm finding is a hard color to find... but in general a huge variety of tuxes and vest colors/styles. I spoke with Jeff, which I believe was the district manager, who treated me special and made sure it was a good experience for me and my fiance. This type of experience is a one time thing, and that's how they treated us. Jason also was very kind, calling ahead of my appointement and making sure to inform me he would be out and I would be helped by someone else. I will say that when I went in, I worked with Anna, who is the assistant manager, who was very nice and answered all our questions, but was not overly helpful. She didn't offer lots of information just off hand with out us asking. So we almost ended up getting the less expensive tuxes, for price of course, but then were informed that they were heavy tuxes... and we are getting married in August... so we went with more expensive, but beautiful tuxes. :) But overall, I was satisfied with how we were treated. \r
Overall, my experience was fantastic, they have policies and a great explination of what happens with their company. Make sure you check out SAVVI before you decide because they are great!!
