Our 19 year old Trane unit went out on Saturday morning and before noon CareProTech had a serious man here who advised we needed a new unit. The owner was here by 4.oo pm to talk to us about a new unit and advised they could install one by Monday night. At 2.45 pm Monday the first to arrive was Arqela the owner's wife who went right to work in pouring rain with temperature dropping, others arrived and by 9:00 pm we had heat. What a crew! They all acted like they were having the time of their lives-like they really enjoyed their work even in the rain and cold. We really appreciate the great job and would highly recommend them-and an American standard unit.
