Review content:
Very Poor communication and lack of customer service. When we first moved in our AC was broken in June. We had a baby in the house and it took 4 days to get it fixed while our house burt up to 95 degrees. After many emails, something was done, but it was impossible to talk to someone on the phone. Now we are moved out one year later and have been waiting on our security check. I have called many times in the past month, sent emails, and just finally got an answer today. We have been out for over a month. Very poor business and communication. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner of this company.
If you are moving into a property make sure you get every ding and damage in writing and MAKE SURE THEY GET IT CLEANED!!! The shower was gross, dirt everywhere, and spent 3 days disinfecting before we even moved in. They also had the Handyman (who was very nice) come fix things that he even said should have been done BEFORE we got there!! We have been disappointed with this company from day one. Overall, I would not rent with them again. We spent over 1,190. per month so I would have expected much better.
